The large pile of rubble in the middle of the construction site began to be move after several delays on December 12.  Once fully removed, that area will accommodate the drilling of the final 16 foundation piers.  In the meantime, progress on foundation bases and walls continues as the site remains very busy.  Note all of the heavy equipment on site in this webcam shot:
